What Should Every Invoice Include?

• Send invoices immediately upon project completion
• Use shorter payment terms (Net 15 instead of Net 30)
• Offer multiple payment methods (bank transfer, credit card, PayPal)

• Add late payment fees (1.5–2% monthly) to incentivize on-time payment
