ToolMintz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international copyright legislation, we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on ToolMintz infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a written notice ("DMCA Takedown Notice") to our designated contact containing the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf
2. Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL or sufficient information to locate it
4. Your contact information: full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. We will reinstate removed content within 10–14 business days of receiving a valid counter-notice, unless we receive notice that the copyright owner has filed a court action.

Repeat Infringers

ToolMintz has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

ToolMintz is not liable for any content uploaded or submitted by users. We act promptly upon receipt of valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.
