Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

ToolMintz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted in compliance with the DMCA.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on ToolMintz infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list.
2. Identification of the infringing material — The URL or specific location on ToolMintz where the allegedly infringing material is located.
3. Contact information — Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringers

ToolMintz reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with DMCA safe harbor requirements.

Note on Tool Outputs

ToolMintz provides tools that process content provided by users. Content processed by our tools (such as text typed into generators) is provided by users themselves. ToolMintz does not host, store, or distribute user-provided content beyond the immediate browser session.
